Comfortable and big room, very clean and they provided drinking water as well as tea+coffee in the room. Perfect for our stay.
There's not much in the area so we needed to take a 15 min+ taxi everywhere, but that's sort of to be expected in Jakarta anyways.

The massage ladies offered from the hotel are very unfriendly and tried to scam us for double the price. The massage itself was also very unprofessional and not good. It was difficult because we needed the help of the Manager to find a solution

Clean big room. Big breakfast menu with so much to choose from. Nice and welcoming terrace in front of the building with a small bar / coffee place and BBQ joint. Perfect spot for a morning coffee or night snack. Close to Kota / old town and the MRT stop.
The rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear everyone walking and talking in the aisle as well as the mosque closeby. If you’re a light sleeper you definitely will need earplugs.
The hotel is lovely. I've been travelling in Asia for 4 months and this is the best value room I've stayed so far. Lovely staff and very comfortable beds. Extremely clean and 24 hour room service. Would definitely recommend.
